The Penthouse

Three things are important when choosing the perfect vacation spot: location, location and location.

The location of Penthouse La Isla is a dream place. It is located on 'La Isla' a beautiful apartment complex with Spanish character, just 450 meters from the pleasant sandy beach of El Arenal. It has the largest swimming pool in Javea. The penthouse is located on the third floor and, in addition to an overwhelming view, also has an elevator. All desirable amenities are within walking distance, such as supermarket, restaurants, terraces and shops.

In addition to a comfortable covered terrace with wall-to-wall folding wall, the penthouse also has a lovely open terrace. It has sun all day long. Both terraces face South. In the summer you can cool off under the sun cloth. On the terraces you can enjoy the view of the mountains and the well-maintained garden with swimming pool.

The apartment has a living room with dining area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, hall, kitchen and of course the fantastic terraces. There is air conditioning in the living room and in the master bedroom. There is the possibility for a cot and high chair. This must be stated when booking.

The kitchen has all the equipment and utilities you need for a pleasant stay.

Both bathrooms (1 en suite) are luxuriously finished with a sink, walk-in shower and toilet. A hair dryer is provided. The two bedrooms have ample closet space and have a double bed of 1.60 cm wide and two single beds of 80 cm wide. There is a parking space in front of the door under the covered carport.

The penthouse is equipped with every luxury to make it an unforgettable holiday:

- Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube, Apple TV, IP TV (all TV channels from all countries), etc.

The versatility of Javea makes this a dream place like no other; Old Javea with its typical Spanish narrow streets with beautiful shops and delicious restaurants. The marina of Javea is full of life and with atmospheric terraces and of course the El Arenal beach with its lovely boulevard with trendy Ibiza-like restaurants, bars, shops and lounge clubs. You can fly to Valencia or Alicante; Javea is exactly in between these two airports. There are several beautiful cycling and walking routes along the most beautiful places of Javea. In addition, Jávea is rich in beautiful places that are ideal for practicing water sports.
